为积极落实“一带一路”倡议，加快国际易货贸易数字化转型步伐，经过前期充分沟通与务实洽谈，2026年3月30日，哈萨克斯坦Rapido ICW（以下简称“Rapido ICW”）企业代表团专程到访一带一路环境技术交流与转移中心(深圳)新型易货贸易联合工作组（以下简称“工作组”），与工作组组员单位物链控股（深圳）集团有限公司（以下简称“物链集团”）正式签署《哈萨克斯坦(阿拉木图)国际数字易货产业园合作协议》。此次签约标志着双方合作进入实质性工作阶段，为深化中哈经贸合作、“一带一路”沿线贸易创新发展方面迈出坚实一步。

In order to actively implement the Belt and Road initiative and accelerate the digital transformation of international barter trade, after full communication and practical discussions in the early stages, on March 30, 2026, a delegation of Rapid ICW (hereinafter “Rapido ICW”) companies from Kazakhstan paid a special visit to the Belt and Road Environmental Technology Exchange and Transfer Center (Shenzhen) for the New Barter Trade Cooperation Working Group (hereinafter “Working Group”), and formally signed the “Kazakhstan (Alamutu) International Digital Barter Industrial Park Cooperation Agreement” with the Working Group member unit, Logistic Chain Holdings (Shenzhen) Group Limited (hereinafter “Logistic Chain Group”). This signing marks the entry of the two sides into the substantive working phase of cooperation, taking a solid step towards deepening economic and trade cooperation between China and Harbin, and developing innovation and development of “Belt and Road” trade along the line.

在物链集团总经理兼工作组组长郝金江的全程陪同下，Rapido ICW代表团实地参观了工作组创新展示区。郝金江总经理结合工作组运营实践，系统介绍了工作组的成立背景、核心职能及标准化运作体系，重点分享了工作组在推动新型易货贸易数字化转型、搭建跨境协同平台、优化结算流程等方面的创新探索与阶段性成果。代表团对工作组在“一带一路”沿线贸易领域的务实举措与专业能力给予高度评价。

交流结束后，在双方代表的共同见证下，物链集团与Rapido ICW正式签署合作协议。双方将立足各自资源优势，共同推进哈萨克斯坦（阿拉木图）国际数字易货产业园的建设与运营，打造集数字易货、跨境结算、物流保障、供应链服务于一体的新型易货贸易枢纽，构建高效畅通、双向互促的中哈经贸合作通道，为两国企业提供更便捷、更安全、更具韧性的合作平台。

Accompanied throughout by Hao Jinjiang, General Manager and Task Force Leader of the Supply Chain Group, the Rapido ICW delegation visited the Task Force Innovation Exhibition Area on the ground. Hao Jinjiang, General Manager, combined the operation practices of the Task Force with a systematic introduction of the Task Force‘s founding background, core functions, and standardized operating system, focusing on sharing the Task Force’s innovative explorations and stage-by-stage achievements in promoting the digital transformation of new barter trade, building cross-border collaboration platforms, optimizing settlement processes, and more. The delegation gave high evaluation to the Task Force’s pragmatic initiatives and expertise in the Belt and Road trade area.

After the exchange was concluded, under the joint witness of representatives from both sides, the Supply Chain Group and Rapid ICW officially signed a cooperation agreement. The two sides will establish their respective resource advantages and jointly advance the construction and operation of the international digital barter industry park in Kazakhstan (Alamut). They will create a new type of barter trade hub that combines digital barter, cross-border settlement, logistics assurance, and supply chain services. They will build an efficient, seamless, and bidirectional trade cooperation channel between China and Kazakhstan, providing a more convenient, secure, and resilient cooperation platform for the two countries‘ enterprises.

此次签约，是工作组积极践行“一带一路”倡议、推动新型易货贸易数字化、国际化发展的又一重要实践。工作组将持续整合优质资源，拓展国际合作网络，助力企业深度融入全球供应链体系，为促进国际贸易高质量发展、服务构建新发展格局贡献更大力量。

The signing of this agreement is another important practice for the Working Group to actively implement the Belt and Road initiative and promote the digitalization and international development of new types of barter trade. The Working Group will continue to integrate high-quality resources, expand international cooperation networks, and help enterprises to deeply integrate into global supply chain systems, contributing more powerfully to promoting high-quality development of international trade and building new development landscapes for services.

Rapido ICW 在哈萨克斯坦全国范围内均设有仓储设施，自有仓储面积已超过 20 万平方米。其所属的 Danko Commerce 集团有限责任公司业务涵盖公路、铁路及航空运输，同时提供海关监管仓储（СВХ）及集装箱码头服务。

Rapido ICW has warehouse facilities across Kazakhstan, with over 200,000 square meters of proprietary storage area. Its Danko Commerce Group Limited business covers road, rail and air transportation, while providing customs-regulated storage (SVH) and container dock services.
