近日,惠生工程成功获得FatHopes Energy (FHE) 授予的位于马来西亚的战略性可持续航空燃料(SAF)技术可行性研究项目。该项目标志着东南亚最具规模的可再生燃料项目之一正式进入技术开发阶段。

Recently, Wison Engineering successfully secured a technical feasibility study for Malaysia’s Strategic SAF Plant, awarded by FatHopes Energy (FHE). This project marks the official entry of one of Southeast Asia’s largest renewable fuel projects into the technical development phase.

根据协议,惠生工程将独立开展技术可行性研究,对工厂的设计和技术配置进行评估与优化。该研究预计将于2026年第二季度完成,旨在确定推进该项目所需的核心工程与经济参数。

According to the agreement, Wison Engineering will independently conduct a technical feasibility study to evaluate and optimize the plant's design and technical configuration. This study is expected to be completed by Q2 2026, with the aim of establishing the core engineering and economic parameters required to advance the project.

该拟建工厂选址于全球航运最活跃的通道之一——马六甲海峡沿岸,旨在通过 HEFA(氢化酯类和脂肪酸)生产路径,建设一座支持航空业全球脱碳目标的大规模SAF生产设施。研究将进一步明确关键工艺单元的工艺流程配置、物料与能量平衡,以及技术许可方建议。此外,惠生工程还将开发初步的设备规范、公用工程规划以及项目初始的环境基线。

The plant will be located along the Strait of Malacca— one of the world’s most active maritime corridors. It aims to establish a large-scale Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) production facility supporting the global decarbonization goals of the aviation industry via the HEFA (Hydroprocessed Esters and Fatty Acids) production pathway. The study will further define process flow configurations, Mass and Energy Balances, and technology licensor recommendations for key process units. In addition, Wison Engineering will develop preliminary equipment specifications, utilities planning, and the project’s initial environmental baseline.
