沙特当地时间8月18日，达曼第三工业园区彩旗飘扬、宾朋云集，以“立足中东・启航全球” 为主题的天鼎丰沙特工厂开业庆典隆重举办。活动现场举行庄重的车间剪彩仪式，政企与客商代表共同执剪，彩花绽放，共同庆祝天鼎丰沙特工厂投产成功，为本次庆典拉开重要序幕。

On August 18th, local time in Saudi Arabia, the third industrial park of Dammam was filled with colorful flags and guests from all over the world. The grand opening ceremony of TDF's factory in Saudi Arabia, themed "Based in the Middle East - Set Sail for the World", was solemnly held. A solemn ribbon-cutting ceremony for the workshop was held at the event site, with representatives from the government, enterprises and customers jointly cutting the ribbon. Flowers bloomed, and they jointly celebrated the successful commissioning of TDF's factory in Saudi Arabia, thus kicking off this grand celebration.

Xiang Feng, the director and executive president of Overseas Development Group of OYH, Li Shiyan, the production and operation director of TDF Holdings, Zhang Lei, the general manager of TDF's factory in Saudi Arabia, Wang Jing, the human resources and administration director of the new materials sector, and the team members, along with government representatives from the Saudi Industrial City and Technology Park Administration and representatives of domestic and overseas businesses, gathered at the scene to jointly witness the milestone moment of TDF's global expansion strategy.

上午，嘉宾们陆续抵达厂区，在签到墙签名留念后移步餐厅享用茶歇。大屏循环播放企业宣传片，让远道而来的宾客领略天鼎丰的发展蓝图。茶歇间隙，政企、客商及企业代表自由交流，开展分组合影，留存共话合作的珍贵瞬间。

In the morning,the guests arrived at the factory one after another. After signing their names on the sign-in wall, they moved to the restaurant for a tea break. The large screen continuously played the company's promotional video, allowing the guests who came from afar to appreciate the development blueprint of TDF. During the tea break, government officials, businesspeople, and enterprise representatives freely exchanged ideas, organized group photos, and captured precious moments of jointly discussing cooperation.

剪彩仪式过后，嘉宾参观生产车间。天鼎丰中东区域销售经理全程陪同讲解，介绍厂区生产布局、工艺流程、核心设备以及年产 2.5 万吨的产能目标。作为中东首个高端聚酯胎基布生产基地，工厂配置 2 条玻纤增强型聚酯胎基布生产线、2 条聚酯胎基布生产线，四条产线现已全部投产。高速运转的设备、摆放规整的成品，尽显现代化工厂的硬核实力，给到访嘉宾留下深刻印象。

After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the guests visited the production workshop. The sales manager of TDF's Middle East region accompanied them throughout the tour, explaining the production layout, process flow, core equipment, and the annual production capacity target of 25,000 tons. As the first high-end polyester spunbond roofing mat production base in the Middle East, the factory is equipped with 2 glass fiber reinforced polyester spunbond roofing mat production lines and 2 polyester spunbond roofing mat production lines. All four production lines have now been put into operation. The high-speed rotating equipment and neatly arranged finished products fully demonstrate the strong capabilities of the modern factory, leaving a deep impression on the visiting guests.

随后会议室座谈交流正式开启。项目宣传片与建设节点回顾，重现项目攻坚克难的建设历程。天鼎丰沙特工厂总经理张磊率先致辞，回顾项目建设历程，介绍项目亮点与后续运营规划。园区政府代表、客商代表依次发言，祝贺项目顺利投产，期待深化多方合作。

Subsequently, the formal meeting discussion began. The project promotional video and the review of construction milestones were presented, recreating the construction process of the project where difficulties were overcome. Zhang Lei, the general manager of TDF's Saudi factory, delivered the opening speech, reviewing the project construction process, introducing the project highlights and the subsequent operation plan. The representatives of the park government and the business partners successively spoke, congratulating the successful commissioning of the project and expressing expectations for deepening multi-party cooperation.

正午，嘉宾享用中阿特色午餐。离场时工作人员送上定制伴手礼。午后专车按行程接送嘉宾前往酒店或机场，本次开业庆典圆满收官。

At noon, the guests enjoyed a lunch featuring both Chinese and Arab cuisines. Before leaving, the staff presented them with custom souvenirs. In the afternoon, special vehicles transported the guests to their hotels or airports according to the itinerary. The grand opening ceremony came to a successful conclusion.

Looking back on the project's journey, from signing the contract and site preparation, to the start of the construction work, the transportation and installation of equipment across the sea, and the successive commissioning of multiple production lines and the completion of the factory, the TDF team has successfully created an overseas benchmark for Chinese manufacturing in the Persian Gulf through their hard work.
