近日，山西建投国际投资公司与卡塔尔太阳能技术股份有限公司举行视频会议就卡塔尔多晶硅项目进行深入洽谈。卡塔尔太阳能技术股份有限公司总经理李伟、公司总经理袁永锋出席会议。

卡塔尔太阳能技术股份有限公司是中东和北非地区最大的多晶硅生产商。该公司产品跨越整个太阳能价值链，具备从多晶硅到太阳能电池组件以及为太阳能和半导体行业开发先进的制造技术。

会上，李伟就卡塔尔多晶硅项目背景及当前进展作了简要介绍。他指出，可再生能源产生的清洁电力优势明显，卡塔尔已制定目标，到2030年通过太阳能生产的电力将占整个国家用电需求的20%。目前卡塔尔太阳能技术股份有限公司致力于生产太阳能电池所需的多种材料，为太阳能重点项目提供产品、技术支持和保障，助推卡塔尔可再生能源产业快速发展。他希望与公司达成一致意见、开展业务合作，高质量共建“一带一路”。

袁永锋简要介绍了公司当前发展情况及未来发展方向。双方就项目可行性研究报告、股东结构、贷款资金担保等问题交流了意见。袁永锋强调，大力发展可再生能源是纵深推进能源革命的重大举措，也是实现全球可持续发展的客观要求，双方合作空间巨大、前景广阔。他希望，双方进一步搭建沟通顺畅的信息平台，合力推动项目尽快落地、投产达效，逐步形成协调包容、合作共赢的发展格局，共同推动实现更加强劲、绿色、健康的全球发展。

Recently, Shanxi CIG International Investment Co., LTD. （“the company”）and Qatar Solar Technologies Co., LTD. （“QSTec”）held a video conference on the Qatar polysilicon project for in-depth negotiations. Li Wei, General Manager of Qatar Solar Technologies Co., LTD., and Yuan Yongfeng, General manager of the company attended the meeting.

QSTec is the largest producer of polysilicon in the Middle East and North Africa region. Its products span the entire solar value chain, with advanced manufacturing technologies from polysilicon to solar cell modules and for the solar and semiconductor industries.

At the meeting, Li Wei made a brief introduction on the background and current progress of Qatar polysilicon project. He pointed to the clear advantages of clean electricity generated from renewable energy sources and said Qatar has set a goal of generating 20 percent of the country's electricity needs through solar power by 2030.At present, QSTec is committed to the production of various materials needed for solar cells, providing products, technical support and security for key solar projects, and boosting the rapid development of the Qatar's renewable energy industry.He hoped to reach an agreement with the company, carry out business cooperation, and jointly build the "One Belt，One Road" with high quality.

Yuan Yongfeng briefly introduced the company's current development and future development direction.Both sides exchanged views on the feasibility study of the project, shareholder structure, loan guarantee and other issues.Yuan stressed that developing renewable energy is a major measure to further promote the energy revolution and an objective requirement to achieve global sustainable development，both sides have huge space and broad prospects for cooperation. He expressed the hope that the two sides could further build an information platform for smooth communication, work together to push for the launch and effectiveness of projects as soon as possible, gradually form a coordinated, inclusive and win-win development pattern,and jointly promote stronger, green and healthy global development.
