1月17日，随着激光切割机在钢板上迸发出耀眼的火花，Eni刚果海域12区浮式天然气液化项目在惠生海工下属企业惠生（南通）重工有限公司（“惠生重工”）正式开工。南通市副市长凌屹先生，南通市政协副主席单晓鸣女士，南通市副秘书长姜沁洋先生，南通市经济技术开发区管委会副主任曹雁卉先生，南通市工信局副局长徐蔚冰先生，南通市海事局副局长雷兴中先生，南通市边检站参谋长杨志峰先生，惠生集团总裁刘洪钧先生，Eni公司项目总经理De Lorenzi Moreno先生，Eni公司项目场地总经理 Andrea Pigozzo先生，南通产业控股集团有限公司总经理顾建国先生，南通投资管理有限公司总经理孔琴女士，中国建设银行南通市分行行长张晶先生，江苏银行南通分行行长陈亚明先生，中国银行南通分行副行长刘军先生，江苏能达私募基金管理有限公司董事长严华先生，中国出口信用保险公司南通办事处主任刘敏颂先生，ABS船级社副总裁Paul Karam先生，以及各相关单位代表200余人出席了当天的开工仪式。

此次项目核心是交付一艘年产能240万吨的FLNG。其长度380米，型宽60米，型深35米，上部模块总高度约140米，使用水下软钢臂系统固定；预计2025年底前具备进气条件。该设施建成后将部署于刚果（布）离岸约50公里，水深约40米~50米的海域；可储存18万立方米的液化天然气和4.5万立方米的液化石油气。

Eni Marine XII Congo LNG Project Started in Wison Heavy Industry

On January 17^th, Eni Marine XII Congo LNG project started in Wison (Nantong) Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The core of the project is delivery of a 2.4 MTPA FLNG, whose principal dimension is 380m (L) x 60m (B) x 35m (D). It will be moored using a submerged swivel Yoke system in about 40m water depth in the Nene Marine Field area, ~50km offshore Pointe Noire. It will be able to store over 180,000 cubic meters of LNG and 45,000 cubic meters of LPGs.
