Recently, the main section of the Game City overpass project in Gaborone, Botswana, undertaken by CJIC, was successfully completed and opened to traffic under the witness of the owner.
The Game City overpass is located at the intersection of the main road A1 and Lobatse Road in Gaborone, the capital of Botswana. The main bridge is 108 meters long and 20 meters wide. The opening of the overpass will greatly alleviate the traffic congestion in Gaborone. Since the start of the project, the project has encountered problems such as the epidemic lockdown and increased cost in materials. But the project team rejected the idea of "waiting for what you need" and worked hard to overcome unfavorable factors. Through the means of schedule management and scientific construction, the team delivered first amongst all three sections of the project, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent overall handover.
