The Crane Track Beam of Unit 1 in the Turbine Room of the Singapore IWMF Waste Incineration Power Plant 2 × 65 MW Project Successfully Lifted
On June 16th, the crane track beam of Unit 1 in the turbine room of the Singapore IWMF Waste Incineration Power Plant 2 * 65 MW project, constructed by China Energy Construction Shanxi Electric Power Construction, was successfully lifted.
The specification of this trackbeam is 914*419*343. The combined length is 36.1 meters, which is an extra-long rod. The trackbeam assembly weighs 33.6 tons, and the maximum hoisting radius of the crane reaches 60 meters. The hoisting is difficult and has a high-risk factor. To ensure the smooth progress of the hoisting, the project department carefully planned, prepared in advance, deployed comprehensively, and formulated a rigorous transportation and hoisting plan. During the construction process, the various departments had a clear division of labor and tacit cooperation, and the hoistingtask was completed in 2 hours.
The completion of this hoisting task marks the transition of the Singapore project from the construction preparation stage to the formal start stage.
