近日，由中建安装国际公司承建的致伸科技（泰国）新建厂区第二期工程项目顺利通过竣工验收。作为国际公司与致伸科技的二次携手，标志着双方在泰国市场的战略合作再结硕果。

建设过程中，为高效协调土建与机电专业、确保工期与质量，项目团队采用“事前计划、事中控制、事后分析”的动态循环控制方法，实现全过程精细化管控。在土建初期即同步进行机电预留预埋的联合精准定位；结构施工阶段划分流水段，减少工种间歇；基础回填后立即开展地坪硬化与管沟的同步施工，二次结构提前介入，充分利用工作面，穿插作业，提升施工效率。同时，机电专业率先进行管道、支架等的场外预制，待条件具备后快速组装，大幅缩短工期。同时，团队坚守质量安全红线，定期安全检查，确保及时发现问题并整改，最终圆满完成各项目标。

项目位于泰国春武里府，总建筑面积为3.4万平方米，建设内容为一栋5层建筑的土建及机电工程。项目建成后将用于生产视听高品质电子设备，助力将EEC经济特区打造成为海、陆、空三维国际交通枢纽与东南亚的新经济中心。

Recently, the Phase II of New Plant Project of Primax Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd, in Thailand, constructed by CCIEE, successfully passed the final inspection.As a follow-up collaboration between us, this partnership marks another achievement in our strategic cooperation in Thailand.

The project team implemented refined whole-process control by applying a dynamic cyclical management method of "pre-planning, in-process control, and post-analysis." Efficiency was enhanced and the schedule shortened through multi-stage coordinated construction between civil engineering and mechanical-electrical disciplines, along with the adoption of prefabricated components and off-site prefabrication. By strictly complying with quality and safety standards and conducting regular inspections and corrective actions, the project successfully achieved both schedule and quality objectives.

The project is located in Chonburi Province, Thailand, with a total construction area of 34,000 square meters. The scope of work involved the civil and M&E engineering for one five-story building. Upon completion, the facility will be used for producing high-quality audio-visual electronic equipment, supporting to develop the EEC Special Economic Zone into a multi-dimensional international hub for sea, land, and air transportation, as well as a new economic center for Southeast Asia.
