3月9日，南非电力公司资本新能源部总经理卡尼莱什・梅斯特里一行到访中国电气装备，与集团公司及所属相关子企业就南非项目执行、电力领域深化合作以及加强常态化沟通等议题开展深入交流，达成广泛共识。

集团公司国际部副部长徐鑫对梅斯特里一行的到访表示热烈欢迎，他表示，中国电气装备是我国输配电领域规模最大、产业链最完整、综合能力最强的领军企业，集团高度重视南非及南部非洲市场。南非电力公司是集团在非洲的重要客户和合作伙伴，中国电气装备高度重视双方的合作，将一如既往地支持集团所属企业与南非电力公司深化合作，并加强资源投入，全力保障南非项目交付。国际公司介绍了集团国际化战略与核心业务，平高电气介绍了南非项目进展情况及下一步工作计划。

梅斯特里对中国电气装备的热情接待表示感谢。他表示，南非正在积极推进国家电网升级与能源结构转型，落地实施了一系列重大能源转型项目，未来将加强与中国电气装备沟通，引进集团先进技术和高品质设备，推动南非电网安全稳定转型。南非电力公司对集团公司南非相关项目执行表示了关切。

Delegation from Eskom led by Nielesh Maistry, General Manager of Renewables Portfolio Visits CEE

On March 9, a delegation led by Nielesh Maistry, General Manager of Renewables Portfolio of Eskom, visited CEE. The two parties conducted in-depth exchanges and reached broad consensus on topics including the implementation of projects in South Africa, deepening cooperation in the power sector, and strengthening regular communication.

Xu Xin extended a warm welcome to Maistry and his delegation.

He stated that CEE is the leading enterprise in China's power transmission and distribution sector, possessing the largest scale, the most complete industrial chain, and the strongest comprehensive capabilities. CEE attaches great importance to the South African and broader Southern African markets. He noted that Eskom is a key customer and partner for CEE in Africa. Emphasizing the high priority placed on this cooperation, CEE will, as always, support its subsidiaries in deepening collaboration with Eskom, and will increase resource investment to fully ensure the delivery of projects in South Africa. During the meeting, CEEI presented the Group's internationalization strategy and core businesses, while Pinggao Electric provided an update on the progress of the South African projects and the next steps in the work plan.

Maistry expressed his gratitude to CEE for the warm reception. He stated that South Africa is actively advancing its national grid upgrade and energy mix transformation, and has implemented a series of major energy transition projects. He expressed the intention to strengthen communication with CEE in the future, introducing the Group's advanced technologies and high-quality equipment to promote a secure and stable transition of South Africa's power grid. Eskom also conveyed its keen interest in the execution progress of the Group's relevant projects in South Africa.
