10月14日，中国交建印尼分公司与印尼国有公路服务公司Jasa Marga签署约17亿美元的Probolinggo-Banyuwangi 收费公路项目合作协议。

JPB 是 Jasa Marga 的子公司，Jasa Marga目前持有其94%的股份。Jasa Marga表示，中国交建加入后，其会保留控股股东的身份，将至少持有51%的股份，具体份额，需根据尽职调查的结果确定。 该项目是印尼爪哇岛收费公路计划的一部分。 今年6月，佐科再次当选总统后，提出了2024年之前完成700亿美元，5400km的跨岛收费公路网计划。该计划提出后，作为国有收费公路运营商和开发商，Jasa Marga的股价随即上涨了5.6%。

Jakarta (14/10) ：PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk participated in the Government Non-Budget Investment Financing scheme (PINA), initiated by the Ministry of National Development Planning (PPN)/National Development Planning Agency (BPPN) of the Republic of Indonesia, by financing Probolinggo-Banyuwangi (Probowangi) Toll Road.

The Head of Agreement (HoA) was signed today (10/14) by Jasa Marga Business Development Director Adrian Priohutomo, CEO of PINA Center for Private Investment Eko Putro Adijayanto and President Director of PT China Communications Construction Indonesia (CCCI) Fan Yifeng for the investment of the toll road development managed by one of Jasa Marga's subsidiaries, PT Jasamarga Probolinggo Banyuwangi (JPB).

Jasa Marga Development Director Adrian Priohutomo explained that the IDR 23-trillion investment-worth 172-km Probolinggo-Banyuwangi Toll Road is the ultimate part of Trans Java Toll Road network.

"This, of course, requires financial support from various stakeholders. An alternative investment scheme such as participating in the PINA program is one," Adrian said.

After HoA signing ceremony, prospective investors will perform due diligence on Probowangi Toll Road project. This is the beginning of the project commitment which will be followed by the discussion of the terms and conditions of the agreement.

"If everyone agrees and after receiving the necessary internal and external approvals, we will proceed with the final agreement with PT CCCI as an investor of equity and loans for the Probowangi Toll Road construction project," concluded Adrian.
