2017年-2018年间，PLN总共签署了75个可再生能源项目PPA。

根据印尼能矿部数据，截止到2019年10月31日，其中28个已签署PPA的新能源项目尚未实质动工（受制于融资）；30个项目已经开工；4个项目因为各自原因取消；只有13个项目如期实现投产（附上13个已投产新能源项目的签约情况，供参考。）“这28个项目受阻的原因都是一样——融资。但是如果他们承诺（完成融资），这些项目仍将继续”，能源和矿产资源部新能源、可再生能源和节能总局（EBTKE）新能源和可再生能源主任 Harris Yahya说。另外，PLN战略部总经理Djoko Rahardjo Abumanan称，PLN会与上述新能源项目开发商密切合作，继续推动这些项目最终落地。

目前，为了确保这些项目往前推动，PLN已经与印尼本国的“热带景观融资机构”组织绑定合作关系（Tropical Landscape Finance Facility，简称TLFF），聘用其作为上述新能源项目的融资顾问。TLFF作为融资机构，可以帮助可再生能源项目落实融资。Djoko说，在28个尚未融资关闭的可再生能源项目中，目前有6个项目有望得到融资支持，分别是：PLTM Aek Simonggo Micro-hydro Power Plant （8MW水电），北苏门答腊；PLTM Aek Situmandi in North Sumatra (7 MW水电)，北苏门答腊；PLTM Aek Sigaeon Power Plant（3MW水电），北苏门答腊；PLTM Batu Brak(7.7 MW水电)，楠榜省；PLTM Bayang Nyalo （6MW）西苏省PLTM Koko Babak（2.3MW） 西苏省而关于上文提及的4个被取消的项目，PLN正在研究是否重新进行招标，也可能由PLN接管自行开发。在2017-2018年签署的这5个项目的总装机为1581MW。其中5个是水电（总装机1104MW），6个生物沼气（10.8MW），6个生物质（42.4MW），6个光伏（45MW），1个地热86MW，50个小水电287.8MW，一个垃圾发电5MW。这些项目，是印尼政府2025年新能源装机达到45200MW目标的一部分。

附上已投产的13个新能源项目的清单（含电价）：- 水电PLTA Pakkat with capacity of 18 MW in North Sumatera, owned by PT Energy Sakti Sentosa, with electricity tariff of US$8.60 cent per kwh.- 小水电PLTM Kunci with capacity of 0.9 MW in Central Java, developed by PT Kunci Hidro Energi, with electricity tariff of US$6.52 cent per kwh.- 小水电PLTM Tanjung Tirta with capacity of 8 MW in Banjarnegara Central Java, developed by PT Maji Biru Pustaka, with electricity tariff of US$6.52 cent per kWh.- 小水电PLTM Kincang 1 with capacity of 0.35 MW in Central Java, developed by KPRI Koperca with electricity tariff of US$6.52 cent per kWh.- 小水电PLTM Aih Nengar (excess power) with capacity of 1 MW in Aceh, developed by PT Gayo Lues Mentalu and electricity tariff of Rp1,020 per Kwh.- 小水电PLTM Sita with capacity of 1 MW, in western Flores island, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) province, owned by PT Multi Energi Dinamika, with electricity tariff set at 62.7 percen of BPP (electricity generation cost) in 2017.- 沼气发电PLTBg Mitra Puding Mas (excess power) with capacity of 2 MW in Bengkulu, developed by PT Mitra Puding Mas, with electricity tariff of Rp1,050 per kWh.- 沼气发电PLTBg Sawit Graha Manunggal (excess power) with capacity of 1 MW in South Kalimantan, owned by PT Sawit Graha Manunggal.The electricity tariff is set at 70 percent of BPP of power generation of the South and Central Kalimantan system.- 生物质发电PLTBm Tempilang with capacity of 6 MW in Tempilang Belitung,developed by Listrindo Kencana.- 光伏PLTS Selong with capacity of 5 MW in Lombok, developed by PT Infrastruktur Terbarukan Buana.- 光伏PLTS Sengkol with capacity of 5 MW in Lombok, developed by PT Infrastruktur Terbarukan Cemerlang.- 光伏PLTS Pringgabaya with capacity of 5 MW in Lombok, developed by PT Infrastruktur Terbarukan Adhiguna.- 光伏PLTS Likupang with capacity of 15 MW in Minahasa, developed by PT Infrastruktur Terbarukan Lestari.

官方背景的国际小水电组织、全球能源互联网组织等与印尼和其他国家的电力协会、可再生能源电力协会等都有深入合作，中外电力能源合作平台已然建立。业界也迫切期待官方平台发挥出更接地气的平台作用。
