近日，山西建投国际投资公司与国新国际投资有限公司举行视频会议，国新国际投资有限公司投资总监夏瑾、公司总经理袁永锋出席。

国新国际投资有限公司（中文简称“国新国际”）是国务院国资委监管中央企业中国国新控股有限责任公司境外投资板块的实施主体，于2012年5月在香港注册，首期资本金111.11亿美元。国新国际致力于以资本为纽带，助力世界各国互联互通，为全球经济发展贡献更多动力与机遇，主要投资领域包括能源与资源、全球产能合作、基础设施建设、国际技术交流等。

会上，袁永锋对山西建投香港公司及国际投资公司的基本情况作了简要介绍，重点阐述了公司的战略定位及发展方向。他表示，双方合作空间广阔，希望双方能在境外基础设施建设、能源资源等领域搭建合作桥梁，并在金融服务方面建立战略合作伙伴关系。

夏瑾主要阐述了国新国际的投资方向、投资策略、经营成果及主营业务领域，并对多个典型案例进行了深入解读。她表示，公司作为山西建投境外投资板块的重要平台未来大有可为，希望今后继续保持密切沟通，增进合作，实现互利共赢发展。

Recently, Shanxi CIG International Investment Co., Ltd. held a video conference with CNIC Corporation Limited. Xia Jin, investment director of CNIC Corporation Limited and Yuan Yongfeng, general manager of the company attended the conference.

At the meeting, Yuan Yongfeng briefly introduced the basic situation and business areas of Shanxi CIG International Investment Co., Ltd. and Shanxi CIG (HongKong) Ltd. and focused on the strategic positioning and development direction of the two companies. He said there is broad space for bilateral cooperation and hoped the two sides could build Bridges for cooperation in overseas infrastructure construction,energy and resources,as well as establish strategic partnership in financial services.

Xia Jin mainly elaborated the investment direction, investment strategy, business results and main business fields of the CNIC, and made an in-depth interpretation of a number of typical cases. She expressed that the company, as an important platform of Shanxi CIG overseas investment sector, has a promising future. She hoped to maintain close communication in the future, enhance cooperation and achieve win-win development.
