近日，山西建投国际投资公司与香港恒生银行共赴“云端”就融资领域开展合作进行洽谈，恒生银行企业银行客户关系部高级副总裁兼主管赵小珊、北京分行商业银行业务部华北团队主管燕飞，公司总经理袁永锋出席。

香港恒生银行是香港第二大上市银行，1933年3月3日成立，是汇丰集团主要成员之一，资本实力雄厚，服务网点庞大，拥有充满活力的现代化银行服务，主要业务包括商业银行、个人理财、工商及金融机构业务、财资服务等，荣获2021年度最具创新力银行奖、“交易银行大奖”、高质量发展银行天玑奖等荣誉。

洽谈过程中，袁永锋简要介绍了香港公司及国际投资公司基本情况，重点强调了香港公司作为山西建投境外资金平台的职能定位。他表示，双方合作基础较广、契合度高，希望恒生银行为香港公司发挥投融资平台、海外采购平台、贸易平台作用提供支持帮助。

赵小珊主要介绍了恒生银行的业务板块、融资模式、合作策略，并根据企业发展现状进行了融资解读。她表示，恒生银行的专业团队将根据公司具体情况进行进一步深入研讨，对照匹配相应金融产品，助力山西建投发挥境外子公司优势、实现企业国际化高质量发展。
