近日，惠生海洋工程有限公司（以下简称“惠生海工”）与上海ABB工程有限公司（以下简称“ABB”）就全球范围内浮式液化天然气生产装置（FLNG）项目开发与实施方面的合作签署谅解备忘录。惠生海工总裁助理魏华清先生和ABB集团副总裁、ABB能源工业部中国业务负责人李锋先生分别代表双方签字。

Wison Offshore & Marine And ABB Signed the MOU

Recently, Wison Offshore & Marine (WOM) and ABB Engineering (Shanghai) LTD. (ABB) signed the MOU on cooperation in the development and implementation of FLNG projects worldwide. Mr. Wei Huaqing, Assistant President of WOM and Mr. Li Feng, Vice President of ABB group and head of ABB Energy Industry China business signed on behalf of both parties respectively.

As a technology and solution provider focusing on clean energy, WOM has rich experience in design and construction offloating LNG facilities and standardized LNG plant modules. ABB has extensive experience in design, manufacturing and systems integration in advanced electrical and automation. The collaboration will create synergy in the commercial promotion of standardized solutions such as E-house, ICSS, digitalization and network security for FLNG topside.
