Previcon won a multimillion auction for Highway PPP project in Brazil

Previcon has won a BRL406 million (US$74.81 million) contract for the development of the MG-424 highway which connects Pedro Leopoldo, in the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte, to Sete Lagoas, in the Central Region of the state, Brazil.
Previcon will be responsible for:
- duplication of 12.7 km of the highway;
- construction of 29.6 km of additional tracks;
- construction of 10.2 km of the shoulder;
- 19 access improvements;
- two walkways, six roundabouts, six full clovers, 32 bus stops;
- implementation of the User Assistance System (SAU).
The duration of the contract is about 30 years.
