近日，中冶海外工程有限公司与河钢塞尔维亚有限公司签署了加热炉项目总承包合同。中冶海外工程有限公司将为该项目提供设计、供货和安装调试等服务。项目位于塞尔维亚首都贝尔格莱德东南约45公里的河钢集团塞尔维亚斯梅代雷沃钢厂内，将在预留位置新建一座冷装260t/h蓄热式步

进梁式加热炉及配套辅助系统，加热炉采用双蓄热燃烧技术，充分利用钢厂现有高炉煤气，以节约能源和提升产量。

河钢集团于2016年6月30日收购了塞尔维亚斯梅代雷沃钢厂，成立河钢塞尔维亚有限公司，管理钢厂。该钢厂是中塞两国的标志性合作项目，得到中塞双方高层关注，2016年6月19日习近平主席莅临该钢厂访问和指导工作。中冶海外将怀着促进中塞友谊的使命感，秉承“一天也不耽误，一天也不懈怠”的中冶精神，周密计划，认真执行，为项目业主创造价值，做出贡献。

本项目合同签署标志着中冶海外再次进入欧洲冶金市场，该项目进一步提升了中冶集团在全球冶金建设市场的业务份额。

MCC Overseas Signed General Contract for Reheating Furnace Project in Serbia

On December 28,2018,MCC Overseas signed a general contract for reheating furnace with HBIS Group Serbia Iron&Steel d.o.o.Belgrad.MCCO will provide design,supply,installation and commissioning services for the project.Located in the Smederevo Steel Mill of HBIS Group,45km southeast of Belgrade,capital of Serbia the project aims to build a cold-loaded 260t/h regenerative walking beam furnace and auxiliary systems in the reserved position.The reheating furnace adopts the dual regenerative combustion technology to make full use of the existing blast furnace gas in the steel mill to save energy and increase output.

HBIS Group acquired the Serbian Smederevo Steel Mill on June 30,2016 and established HBIS Group Serbia Iron&Steel d.o.o.Belgrad to manage the steel mill.The steel mill is currently regarded as a benchmarking cooperation project between China and Serbia,and has received high-level attention from both sides.China’s President Xi Jinping visited the steel mill on June 19,2016.With a mission to prompt the friendship between China and Serbia,MCCO is inspired by MCC’s spirit"Never delaying and never slacking"and will carefully plan and seriously implement the project to create value for the client.

Signing of this project suggests repeated presence of MCCO in European metallurgical market and the project further increases MCC's business share in the global metallurgical construction market.
