日前，阿根廷经济部长塞尔吉奥·马萨（Sergio T. Massa），阿根廷驻华大使牛望道（Sabino Vaca Narvaja）一行到访青山实业。青山实业董事局主席项光达、青山南美锂资源开发有限公司董事长李晶进行了热情接待。

Argentine Minister of Economy Sergio T. Massa and Argentine Ambassador of China Sabino Vaca Narvaja visited Tsingshan Industry on May 31st. Chairman Xiang Guangda and John Li(President Director of Tsingshan South America Lithium Resources Development Co., Ltd.) warmly welcomed them.

座谈会上，项光达主席对一行客人的到来表示热烈欢迎，他简要介绍了青山实业的发展历程和全球化布局。他指出：青山实业积极响应国家“一带一路”倡议，持续践行“走出去”战略，带动促进当地社会的经济发展；青山实业一直以多快好省推动项目建设；青山实业非常重视产业链建设，在印尼已建成具备完整镍资源加工利用的综合工业园区，吸引众多优秀企业入驻。

At the meeting, Chairman Xiang Guangda briefly introduced the development process and global layout of the Tsingshan Industry. He mentioned that Tsingshan Industry has been actively responding to China's Belt and Road Initiative, continoulsy implementing the Going Global Strategy, driving and promoting the economic development of local society. Tsingshan Industry has always been promoting project construction with the principle of "greater, faster, better and more economical results". Tsingshan Industry attaches great importance to the construction of the industrial chain and has established a comprehensive Industry park with complete nickel resource processing and utilization in Indonesia, attracting many excellent enterprises to settle in.

塞尔吉奥·马萨部长指出：阿根廷具有丰富的矿产资源，对青山实业赴阿根廷开展项目建设十分欢迎；希望企业在阿根廷可以茁壮成长，同时带动周边地区的就业和经济发展，不断完善公共服务和配套基础设施建设，积极履行企业社会责任。

Minister Sergio T. Massa mentioned that Argentina has abundant mineral resources and welcomes Tsingshan Industry to carry out projects in Argentina. He hopes enterprises can thrive in Argentina while driving employment and economic development in the surrounding areas, constantly improving public services and supporting infrastructure construction, and actively fulfilling corporate social.

李晶董事长指出：青山位于阿根廷的一期、二期项目将陆续投产，青山和埃赫曼已确定在阿根廷计划总投资超过17亿美元，项目建成后，青山实业将继续加大在阿根廷的投资力度；在项目建设期间，希望阿根廷经济部门、央行、矿业部门等政府部门给予足够的外部支持，确保项目更快建成投产；未来青山在阿根廷的项目获得成功，同样可以带领一大批企业赴阿根廷投资，对促进阿根廷就业、增加外汇收入、改善民生等方面都有重要的推动作用；希望阿根廷政府可以进一步出台更多的招商和投资领域相关政策措施，打造更有吸引力、更具竞争力的投资环境。

President Director John Li mentioned that Tsingshan's Phase I and Phase II projects located in Argentina would be put into operation one after another. Tsingshan and Eramet confirmed a total of planned investment of over USD 1.7 billion in Argentina. After completing the project, Tsingshan Industry will continue to increase its investment in Argentina. During the project construction period, it is hoped that the Argentine Economic Ministry, the Central Bank, the Mining Ministry, and other government ministries will provide sufficient external support to ensure the project is completed and put into operation faster.The success of Tsingshan's project in Argentina in the future can also lead a large number of enterprises to invest in Argentina, which plays a vital role in promoting employment, increasing foreign exchange income, and improving people's livelihoods in Argentina. At the same time, he also hopes that the Argentine government can further introduce more policies and measures related to investment promotion and investment, creating a more attractive and competitive investment environment.
