11月23日，老挝团中央书记蒙赛·劳姆松代表老挝人民革命青年团向湖北工建授予最高荣誉——“青年奋斗”勋章。湖北国际经合董事长陈彤一行出席颁奖仪式。

陈彤表示，中国和老挝山同脉、水同源，前途相关、命运与共，未来愿与老方一道，继续深化多领域合作，携手共建高标准、高质量、高水平的中老命运共同体，全力为两国和两国人民创造更多福祉。

中老是山水相连的友好邻邦。作为中老友谊的新瑰宝，老挝人民革命青年团中央活动中心得到两国多方关注。自开工以来，项目组紧盯一线施工，严格按照设计文件及援外成套管理制度等文件标准执行，于2023年11月23日正式移交。同时，项目党支部积极参与到当地社会公益当中，疫情时期向老挝团中央政府捐赠防疫物资，主动关爱当地贫困儿童学习生活，送上“爱心”物资等，不断在当地树立起良好形象。

As a new treasure of Sino-Lao friendship, the central activities center of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union has received attention from both countries. Since its inception, the project team has focused on front-line construction, strictly implemented in accordance with design documents and foreign aid complete set management system and other file standards, and was officially handed over on November 23, 2023. At the same time, the project party branch actively participated in local social welfare, donated epidemic prevention materials to the Lao Party Youth League Central Government during the epidemic period, took the initiative to care about local poor children's study and life, sent "love" materials, and continued to establish a good image in the local area.
