近日，湖北国际经合董事长陈彤一行赴老挝考察调研，实地走访中农钾肥有限公司、老挝矿产检测中心等当地中资企业。

Recently, a delegation led by Chen Tong, Chairman of HIETC, went to Laos for a research visit, during which they made an on-site visit to local Chinese-funded enterprises such as China-Africa Potassium Fertilizer and the Laos Mineral Testing Center.

中农钾肥有限公司副总经理艾永军在会谈中讲到，湖北国际经合在老挝的工程建设和合作项目为当地经济发展做出了积极贡献，并且得到老挝政府和社会各界的认可和赞扬，表示非常愿意开展双方合作交流，特别是在大宗贸易和海外仓等领域，并希望能尽快落实具体项目。

During the discussion with the Deputy General Manager of China-Africa Potassium Fertilizer Co., Ltd., Ai Yongjun, Chen Tong mentioned that the engineering construction and cooperation projects of HIETC in Laos have made positive contributions to the local economic development and have been recognized and praised by the Laotian government and all sectors of society. They are very willing to carry out cooperation and exchanges with each other, especially in the areas of bulk trade and overseas warehouses. He also hopes to implement specific projects as soon as possible.

陈彤对中农钾肥有限公司的发展前景表达了乐观态度，希望与中农钾肥有限公司成为重要合作伙伴，共同探讨合作路径，努力实现互利共赢。

Chen Tong expressed optimism about the development prospects of China-Africa Potassium Fertilizer Co., Ltd. and hopes to become an important partner of the company to jointly explore cooperation paths and strive to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results.

在与老挝矿产检测中心负责人夏志文会谈中，重点围绕老挝矿产资源的潜力和特点展开讨论，针对矿产资源技术开发运用及市场开拓等未来合作机会点进行深入交流和意见交换，双方均表示期待未来能够发挥各自优势，在矿产检测及更广泛领域展开丰富多样的合作，共同推动老挝优质矿产资源的开发与利用实现新突破。

During the discussion with Xia Zhiyu, head of the Laos Mineral Testing Center, the focus was on discussing the potential and characteristics of Laotian mineral resources. In-depth exchanges and opinions were exchanged on future cooperation opportunities such as the development and utilization of mineral resources and market development. Both sides expressed their expectations to leverage their respective advantages in mineral testing and other broader fields for rich and diverse cooperation that would help push forward the development and utilization of high-quality mineral resources in Laos.

本次考察调研，进一步坚定湖北国际经合经合对老挝市场的再深耕意愿，下一步希望通过与各大在老、驻老企业开展经贸往来，携手为沿线国家的经济发展注入新动力，推动共建“一带一路”倡议沿着高质量发展方向不断前进。

This research visit has further strengthened HIETC's willingness to deepen its presence in the Laotian market. Next, it hopes to work with various Chinese companies in Laos and other countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative to promote economic development in countries along the route. This can be done by engaging in economic and trade exchanges with them to bring new impetus to the development of "Belt and Road" countries.
