3月12日，中国电气装备国际公司董事、副总经理张耀武会见了来访的澳大利亚Zinfra公司执行总裁皮特先生、副总裁兼南澳输电 ElectrNat公司董事童轶一行，双方就进一步加强澳洲市场合作进行了会谈交流并签署战略合作协议。

张耀武对皮特先生一行的来访表示欢迎，介绍了中国电气装备的重点业务、国际业务布局及发展规划。张耀武指出，集团公司所属各企业主要以设备供货的方式积极参与澳大利亚电网建设，变压器、开关设备及储能装置均有不错的供货业绩。中国电气装备是中国最大的输配电设备、新能源及储能系统解决方案供应商，致力于电气装备高端制造和提供系统解决方案。国际公司作为集团公司国际业务平台，将通过整合更多资源，开展海外投融资、大型工程总包、新能源和储能投资业务。希望双方以此次战略合作协议签订为契机，就在澳大利亚市场加深合作，进行友好交流。

皮特先生介绍了Zinfra公司的主要业务，同时指出 Zinfra公司作为国网澳洲资产公司SGSPAA的电力运维和工程服务版块，与澳洲多个电力公司保持密切合作关系。中国电气装备旗下多个品牌在澳大利亚电力市场业绩突出，双方应充分发挥各自优势，不断深化在澳洲市场的业务合作。希望与中国电气装备携手参与澳洲电力项目建设，为澳大利亚电力高质量发展做出贡献。

会谈前，皮特先生一行参观了中国电气装备展厅，了解中国电气装备发展历程、业务布局和重点产品，双方就直流输电、变压器、GIS、新能源、储能和电缆等产品进行了现场交流。

On March 12, Zhang Yaowu, director and Deputy General Manager of  CEEI, met with Mr. Peter Iancov, executive director of Zinfra Australia, and Tong Yi, vice president of Zinfra Australia and director of ElectrNat, having deep talks and exchanges on strengthening cooperation in Australian market.

Zhang Yaowu delivered warmly welcoming for Mr. Peter’s arrival and made deep introduction about key business, international business layout and Development Plan of CEE. Zhang Yaowu also pointed that the subsidiaries of CEE actively involved the construction of the Australian Power Grid in the form of equipment supply, having plenty of supply performance of transformers, switchgears and energy storage products. CEE is currently the largest power transmission and distribution equipment, new energy and energy storage system solutions provider, dedicated to high-end manufacturing and electrical equipment system solutions supply. As the international business platform of CEE, CEEI will integrate more resources to carry out overseas investment and financing, large-scale project contracting, new energy and energy storage investment. Mr.Zhang Yaowu expressed the hope that the signing of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement will serve as an opportunity for both sides to deepen cooperation in Australian market.

Mr. Peter Iancov introduced Zinfra's main business, noting that Zinfra, as the power operations and engineering services division of SGSPAA, a National Grid Australian asset company, works closely with a number of Australian power companies. Multiple subsidiaries under CEE have made outstanding performance in the Australian electricity market, both sides should give full play to their respective strengths, continue to deepen business cooperation in the Australian market. Zinfra hopes to join hands with CEEI to participate in the construction of Australian power projects and contribute to the high quality development of Australian power.

Prior to the meeting, Mr. Peter Iancov and Mr. Tong Yi visited the Exhibition Hall of CEE to fully understand the development, business layout and key products, having more exchanges on technologies and products such as DC power transmission, transformers, GIS, new energy, energy storage and cables.
