2024年10月18日，惠生清洁能源科技集团股份有限公司（惠生清能）与巴布亚新几内亚国家石油公司（KPHL) 正式签署了浮式液化天然气设施（FLNG）Pre-FEED合同。该设施将是巴布亚新几内亚的首座FLNG，预计年产量达150万吨，计划部署在巴布亚湾。本次Pre-FEED设计将于2025年6月完成。

WNE and KPHL Sign FLNG Pre-FEED Contract

On October 18, 2024, Wison New Energies (WNE) and Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited (KPHL) officially signed a FLNG Pre-FEED contract. With an expected capacity of 1.5 MTPA, Papua New Guinea’s first FLNG is planned to be deployed to Gulf of Papua, and the Pre-FEED will be completed by June 2025.
