Fred Huang warmly welcomed Oscar Luo and his delegation, and introduced the main business, strategic layout, and core competitiveness of CEECATL. He stated that CEECATL relies on the strong resources and technical support from CEEC, CPECC and CATL, focusing on the integrated services of electrochemical energy storage and related new energy and comprehensive smart energy investment, construction, and operation. He also mentioned that CATL's overseas investment layout has a full industry chain advantage, and he hopes that both parties can strengthen collaboration, complement each other's strengths, and jointly promote the development of high-quality projects.

Oscar Luo expressed gratitude for the welcome from CEECATL and introduced CATL's overseas investment development direction and future plans. He stated that both sides have a high level of agreement on market judgment in target countries and the direction of zero-carbon comprehensive project investment and construction. He hopes that both sides can join forces to focus on key countries and regions, creating a complementary relationship in technology, capital, and resources for overseas investment projects, jointly expanding overseas markets and exploring the implementation of demonstration projects.
