From October 15 to 17, a delegation led by Mr. Kong Xiaoqiang, President of the Sinopec Procurement Division ＆ Chairman of Sinopec International Co., Ltd., visited Germany for supply cooperation.

在德国期间，孔小强带队赴西门子总部走访，受集团公司委托，与西门子公司副总裁Gueckel Christian先生就物资采购、设备标准化、数字化以及可持续发展等方面进行会谈。双方就中国石化集团公司与西门子公司的战略合作备忘录达成一致。

During the visit in Germany, Mr. Kong Xiaoqiang led a delegation to visit Siemens headquarters. As the representative, he held talks with Mr. Gueckel Christian, Vice President of Siemens, covering topics such as material procurement, equipment standardization, digitalization, and sustainable development. Both parties reached an agreement on a strategic cooperation memorandum between Sinopec Group and Siemens.

走访调研业界领先的挤压造粒机制造企业科倍隆，与科倍隆总裁Markus Parzer先生会谈。调研科倍隆公司的装备研发最新进展，探讨交流物资供应管理体系工作，尤其是供应商的分供方管理经验，检查集团公司在建项目的设备制造制造情况，推动长城润滑油在科倍隆使用并取得进展。

Mr. Kong Xiaoqiang visited and conducted research at Coperion, a leading manufacturer of extrusion pelletizers, and held discussions with Mr. Markus Parzer, President of Coperion. He made research about the latest developments in Coperion's equipment R&D, exchanged insights on material supply management systems—particularly the experience in managing sub-suppliers, inspected the equipment manufacturing status of the Sinopec Group's ongoing projects and promoted the use of Great Wall Lubricants at Coperion to achieve progress.

走访离心机制造企业安德里茨，与安德里茨执行董事Dietmar Heinisser先生会谈，探索与中国石化海外工程项目合作事项，交流研讨高效废塑料分离技术、降低碳排放和原料成本的应用场景。为推动循环利用工作、助力集团公司废塑料产业发展积累经验。

He visited centrifuge manufacturer Andritz and held discussions with Mr. Dietmar Heinisser, Executive Director of Andritz, to explore cooperation opportunities for Sinopec's overseas engineering projects. The meeting focused on exchanging insights and conducting research on high-efficiency waste plastic separation technologies, as well as their application scenarios for reducing carbon emissions and raw material costs. This initiative aims to advance circular economy efforts and accumulate experience to support the Sinopec Group's waste plastic industry development.
