近日，隧道股份城建国际旗下优泰地下工程收到新加坡陆路交通管理局发出的中标通知，与新加坡和合组成的联营体，成功中标新加坡地铁市区第二阶段延伸线C991标，合同总金额约人民币17.65亿元。

Recently, Underground Technology Engineering Construction Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of SUCGI, received a Letter of Acceptance from the Land Transport Authority (LTA) of Singapore, and a consortium formed with Woh Hup Engineering Pte. Ltd. successfully won the bid for C991 of Singapore MRT Downtown Line 2 Extension, with a total contract amount of approximately CNY 1.765 billion.

根据计划，新加坡地铁市区线第二阶段延长线将自现有的武吉班让站向西北方向延展，与南北线相连接，线路总长度约为4公里。通车后，将为西北居民提供更为便利的出行与换乘选项，同时强化与油池、未来双溪加株生态区等重点发展区域以及铁道走廊、榜苏亚公园连接道等重要公共设施的交通衔接，进一步提高新加坡西北地区的交通连通性与轨道网络的韧性。

As planned, the Singapore MRT Downtown Line 2 Extension will extend a total of about 4 kilometers northwest from the existing Bukit Panjang Station to connect with the North-South Line (NSL). Upon commencement of operations, it will provide residents in Northwest with more convenient travel and transfer options, while enhancing the transport connectivity to key development areas such as Yew Tee and the future Sungei Kadut Eco-District, as well as to important public facilities including the Rail Corridor and Pang Sua Park Connector, which will further improve both transport accessibility and rail network resilience in Northwest Singapore.

此次隧道股份城建国际中标的C991标段，为该延伸工程的关键组成部分，包含隧道主体结构的施工以及与卡利巴株车厂相关的配套新增与改造工程。此项目采用盾构隧道、明挖回填结构等多种施工方式，其中盾构隧道需穿越花岗岩软土复合地层，且临近现有基础设施，这对设计、施工以及安全管理均提出了较高要求。联营体双方将充分发挥各自优势，严格依照新加坡的各项技术规范与安全要求，将工程安全、质量控制以及施工效率列为首要考量，协同配合，推动项目实现安全且高质量交付。

The C991 section awarded to SUCGI this time is a critical component of the extension project, including the construction of the main tunnel structure along with supporting new and renovation works related to the Gali Batu Depot. The project follows several construction methods, including shield tunneling and cut-and-cover structure, of which the section constructed in shield tunneling needs to traverse the composite strata of granite and soft soil, in close proximity to existing infrastrucutre, thereby imposing more stringent requirements on design, construction and safety management. Both parties of the consortium will fully leverage their strengths, strictly comply with technical specifications and safety requirements in Singapore, prioritize project safety, quality control and construction efficiency, and collaborate closely to drive the safe and high-quality delivery of the project.

值得一提的是，此次中标是隧道股份城建国际旗下优泰地下工程首次在新加坡采用总承包模式承揽大型轨道交通项目建设，具备里程碑意义。优泰地下工程专注于隧道及地下工程领域超过十年，长期参与国际大型基础设施项目的建设工作。

It is worth noting that this contract award marks the first time UTEC, a subsidiary of SUCGI, has secured a large-scale rail transit project in Singapore under an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model, representing a significant milestone. With more than a decade of specialized expertise in tunnel and underground engineering, UTEC has consistently participated in the construction of major international infrastructure projects.

除新加坡外，优泰地下工程还在马来西亚、中国香港、中国澳门以及印度等地区参与并交付了诸如马来西亚轻轨三号线、香港黄大仙雨水排放系统改善工程、澳门轻轨东线、印度孟买和钦奈地铁等项目。凭借在地下工程领域所积累的丰富经验、具备的先进技术实力以及所拥有的良好市场口碑，优泰地下工程于众多竞争对手中崭露头角，成功获取该订单，充分展现了其在国际基建市场的竞争能力。此次中标亦是一个全新的起点，优泰地下工程将承担起总承包商的责任，持续为新加坡城市轨道交通建设贡献专业力量，亦为后续在新加坡及更广泛的境外市场拓展奠定了坚实基础。

Beyond Singapore, UTEC has also participated in and delivered projects in regions including Malaysia, Hong Kong China, Macao China, and India, such as the Malaysia LRT Line 3, Hong Kong Wong Tai Sin Rainwater Drainage Improvement Works, Macao Light Rapid Transit East Line, and metro projects in Mumbai and Chennai, India. With its extensive experience, advanced technical strengths and good market reputation in underground engineering, UTEC stood out among numerous competitors to secure this contract, fully demonstrating its competitiveness in the international infrastructure market. This award also marks a new starting point. UTEC will fully assume the responsibilities of the EPC Contractor, continue to contribute its professional expertise to Singapore’s urban rail transit construction, laying a solid foundation for its future expansion in Singapore and broader overseas markets.
