7月22日，柳工印尼绿色智慧产业园奠基仪式在西爪哇省卡拉旺举行。印度尼西亚共和国驻中华人民共和国兼蒙古国大使Djauhari Oratmangun先生，西爪哇省省长Dedi Mulyadi先生，工业部金属、机械、运输设备与电子工业司（ILMATE）总干事Setia Diarta先生，投资与下游产业部副部长Edy Junaedi先生，中国商会总会执行副会长杭亚娟女士，印尼工商会馆主席Anindya Novyan Bakrie先生，柳工集团、柳工股份董事长郑津，柳工股份副董事长、总裁罗国兵，副总裁袁世国、肖小磊、邓涛，印尼中央及地方政府有关部门代表、合作伙伴、客户及媒体等300多名嘉宾出席了活动。

On July 22, LiuGong officially broke ground on its Indonesia Green & Smart Industrial Park in Karawang, West Java. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Djauhari Oratmangun, Indonesian Ambassador to People's Republic of China and Mongolia; Mr. Dedi Mulyadi, Governor of West Java; Mr. Setia Diarta, Director General of Ministry of Industry; Mr. Edy Junaedi, Deputy of Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM; Ms. Hang Yajuan, Executive Vice-President of China Chambers of Commerce in Indonesia; Mr. Anindya Novyan Bakrie, Head of Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Mr. Zheng Jin, Chairman of LiuGong Group and LiuGong Machinery; Mr. Luo Guobing, Vice Chairman and President of LiuGong Machinery; Vice Presidents, Yuan Shiguo, Xiao Xiaolei and Deng Tao. More than 300 guests, including representatives from Indonesian central and local government agencies, LiuGong partners, customers and media attended the ceremony.

战略定位与智造建设

Strategic Positioning & Smart Manufacturing

该项目计划于明年上半年建成投产，将打造印尼首个新能源工程机械制造基地，巩固印尼作为柳工亚太制造中心的战略定位，并逐步辐射北美、欧洲等国际市场。项目还将带动本地零部件配套、供应链协同和人才培养，促进上下游产业协同发展，助力印尼制造业下游化战略实施，加快工程机械产业生态建设。

The facility is scheduled to begin operations in the first half of 2027 and will become Indonesia's first manufacturing plant dedicated to electric heavy equipment. It will position Indonesia as LiuGong's production hub for the Asia-Pacific region, with products gradually expanding into North American and European markets. The project will also strengthen local component sourcing, supply chain collaboration and talent development, supporting Indonesia's downstream industrial strategy and accelerating the development of the country's construction equipment ecosystem.

智能产线 数字化高效生产

Smart Digital Production Lines

项目首期将建设挖掘机、电动装载机生产线，规划年产能5,000台，并导入AGV自动导引车、RGV轨道物流系统、MES制造执行系统等智能制造技术，实现生产全过程数字化、智能化管理，持续提升产品质量和运营效率。

The Phase I of this project will establish production lines for excavators and electric wheel loaders with a planned annual capacity of 5,000 units. The facility will incorporate advanced smart manufacturing technologies, including Automated Guided Vehicles, Rail Guided Vehicles and a Manufacturing Execution System, enabling digitalized production management and higher operational efficiency.

罗国兵总裁在讲话中提到：“印尼绿色智慧产业园不仅是一座现代化工厂，更是集制造、研发、人才培养和产业合作于一体的绿色智慧产业平台。未来，柳工将在印尼设立产品应用研发中心，与加查马达大学共建联合实验室，持续推动技术转移和本地人才培养，为印尼工程机械产业高质量发展提供创新动力。”

Luo Guobing said: “The Indonesia Green & Smart Industrial Park is more than a manufacturing plant. It is a green and smart industrial platform integrating manufacturing, R&D, talent development and industrial collaboration. LiuGong will establish an Indonesia Product Application R&D Center and partner with Universitas Gadjah Mada to promote technology transfer and cultivate local talent, injecting new momentum into the sustainable development of Indonesia's construction equipment industry."

近年来，柳工持续深化本地化发展战略。自2023年加入中印尼校企合作项目以来，已累计培养900余名学生。目前，新一批30名学生正在柳工中国总部接受专业培训，完成学习后将进入印尼制造基地开展实践。

LiuGong has continued to deepen its localization strategy in Indonesia. Since joining the China–Indonesia School Cooperation Programme in 2023, the company has trained more than 900 students. A new cohort of 30 students is currently receiving professional training at LiuGong's headquarters in China. Upon completion of the term, they will proceed directly to LiuGong’s manufacturing plant in Indonesia to undertake practical work.
