2026年8月20日至22日，南京电气科技集团有限公司副总经理、南京电气电力工程有限公司董事长李挺标率领代表团赴哈萨克斯坦，参加了由江苏苏豪集团主办的中亚地区清洁能源专题展会。此次出访旨在响应“一带一路”倡议，深化公司在欧亚大陆的新能源布局。

展会期间，李挺标代表南电工程与吉尔吉斯斯坦MOHTA公司正式签署了价值300万美元的水电站项目合作备忘录。此次签约是公司在海外清洁能源EPC领域的重要突破，标志着公司在中亚市场的布局运营迈出了坚实一步。

借参展契机，李挺标与哈萨克斯坦库纳耶夫市副市长、常州市市委常委等国内外政要举行会谈，各方围绕跨境新能源投资政策、中小型水电站开发路径及区域电网互联互通等议题进行了深入探讨，并就未来联合开发中亚地区水资源综合利用率达成初步共识。

此次参展有效提升了公司在中亚政府及企业层面的品牌影响力，为公司持续深耕“一带一路”沿线国家的绿色能源项目奠定了坚实的基础。

From August 20 to 22, 2026, Li Tingbiao, Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Electric Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Nanjing Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd., led a delegation to Kazakhstan to attend a special exhibition on clean energy in Central Asia organized by Jiangsu SOHO Holdings Group Co., Ltd. The visit aimed to support the “Belt and Road” Initiative and further expand the company’s new energy presence across Eurasia.

During the exhibition, Li Tingbiao, on behalf of the company, formally signed a memorandum of understanding with Kyrgyzstan’s MOHTA on a hydropower project valued at USD 3 million. The agreement represents a significant breakthrough for the company in overseas clean energy engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), and marks a solid step toward establishing substantive operations in the Central Asian market.

Taking the opportunity of the exhibition, Li Tingbiao held talks with the Deputy Mayor of Qonaev, Kazakhstan, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee, and other Chinese and foreign officials. The parties held in-depth discussions on cross-border new energy investment policies, development pathways for small and medium hydropower stations, and regional power grid interconnection, and reached a preliminary consensus on future joint development aimed at improving the comprehensive utilization rate of water resources in Central Asia.

The exhibition significantly enhanced the company’s brand influence among Central Asian governments and enterprises, laying a solid foundation in government and business relations for its continued development of green energy projects in countries along the “Belt and Road.”
