6月25日,柬埔寨市场传来喜讯！在经历了与业主公司富力地产（柬埔寨）有限公司的多次报价、磋商后，国际工程公司以优秀的施工组织设计、完善的服务标准及合理的报价，赢得了招标方的肯定，成功中标柬埔寨金边富力城项目套内及公区精装修二标段工程，为公司今后的平稳快速发展打下了坚实的基础。

金边富力城项目位于柬埔寨首都金边市区南部洪森大道，我司已于2018年承建该项目二期总承包工程，建筑面积20万㎡。我司本次中标的套内及公区精装修二标段工程包含A1-A4共四栋35层住宅楼。

该工程的成功中标，是宝冶集团与富力地产的再度合作，加深了双方的战略合作关系，同时也是富力地产对我司实绩和履约能力高度认可，印证了我司在柬埔寨的技术实力、管理能力和客户口碑。成绩是前进途中的里程碑，今日的成功是昨日的汗水浇灌所结出的硕果。今后我们还需加倍的努力，以适应瞬息万变的海外市场，实现公司的远期目标。一带一路，任重而道远。

Good news came from the Cambodian market on June 25th! After multiple rounds of quotation and negotiation with the Owner—R&F Properties (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Baoye International Engineering Company won the Bidder's affirmation with excellent construction organization design, perfect service standards and reasonable quotation, and was awarded with the Package 2 for the fine decoration of the indoors and public area of R&F City Project in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, which lays a solid foundation for our stable and rapid development in the future. 

The R&F City Project is located on Hun Sen Avenue in the south of Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. Our company has undertaken the Phase II Project by means of general contracting in 2018, with a building area of 200,000 square meters. The Package 2 for the fine decoration of the indoors and public area of R&F City Project includes four 35-storey residential buildings of A1~A4.

The successful award of the project marks another cooperation between Baoye Group and R&F Properties, which will deepen the strategic cooperation relationship between the both parties. Meanwhile, it also indicates the high recognition of our achievements and performance capability by R&F Properties, which confirms the technical strength, management capability and public praise of our company in Cambodia. In the future, we will need to redouble our efforts to adapt to the ever-changing overseas market so as to achieve our long-term goals. There is still a long way for us to go under the Belt and Road Initiative.
