达南塔拉（Danantara）计划在 2026 年底前启动 16 个垃圾焚烧发电（WtE）项目招标。

Indonesia’s sovereign wealth fund Danantara aims to put 15 to 16 waste-to-energy (PSEL) projects out to tender by the end of 2026, targeting initial groundbreakings in early 2027, Chief Investment Officer Pandu Sjahrir said Monday.

印尼主权财富基金达南塔拉（Danantara）首席投资官 Pandu Sjahrir 于周一（2026年10月26日）表示，Danantara 计划在 2026 年底前对 15 至 16 个垃圾发电（PSEL）项目启动招标，并力争于 2027 年初启动首批项目的奠基及开工建设。

Speaking at the Danantara Technology Innovation Investment Forum (DTIIF) 2026, Sjahrir announced that four additional projects in the Jakarta and Tangerang regions will be opened for bidding within two weeks.

"We hope that by the end of this year 15 to 16 projects will have been tendered, and in the first quarter of next year will have reached the groundbreaking stage," Sjahrir said, adding that eight total projects are scheduled to break ground in the first quarter of 2027.

Sjahrir 表示：“我们希望到今年年底，能够完成 15 至 16 个项目的招标，并在明年第一季度进入奠基开工阶段。”他补充说，预计共有 8 个项目将在 2027 年第一季度举行开工仪式并正式启动建设。

The initiative expands on Danantara's second-phase developments, which issued conditional letters of award to partners across eight locations in July, with final feasibility studies expected by mid-November 2026.

这项计划是 Danantara 第二阶段项目开发的延伸。此前，Danantara 已于 7 月向合作伙伴发出有条件授标函，涉及八个地点；相关项目的最终可行性研究预计将于 2026 年 11 月中旬前完成。

Meanwhile, three first-phase facilities are actively under construction in Greater Denpasar, Bekasi, and Greater Bogor, with foundation work underway in Bali on a Rp3 trillion ($192 million) plant capable of processing 1,500 tons of waste daily.

与此同时，第一阶段的三个垃圾处理设施正在积极建设中，分别位于登巴萨大区、勿加泗和茂物大区。其中，巴厘岛一座投资额达 3 万亿印尼盾（约 1.92 亿美元，11.01 亿元人民币）的垃圾处理厂已开始进行地基施工，该工厂每日可处理 1,500 吨垃圾。

Sjahrir emphasized that scaling municipal waste-to-energy infrastructure addresses worsening landfill constraints across urban centers while generating regional economic opportunities through clean energy technology.

Sjahrir 强调：“ 扩大城市生活垃圾发电基础设施的建设规模，不仅有助于缓解各大城市日益严峻的垃圾填埋场容量不足问题，还能通过清洁能源技术的发展，为区域经济创造新的发展机遇。”
