近日，山西建投国际投资有限公司与东方日升新能源股份有限公司举行了线上洽谈，东方日升亚太开发中心副总经理杨允嘉、公司总经理袁永锋出席。

东方日升新能源股份有限公司始创于1986年，注册资本9亿余元，2010年9月在深交所创业板上市，主要从事光伏并网发电系统、光伏独立供电系统、太阳能电池片、组件等的研发、生产和销售，并为客户提供项目咨询、方案设计、工程安装、并网支持、检测维护、系统升级等环节的解决方案，是国家级高新技术企业、光伏组件十大供应商。东方日升在全球范围内设立了办事处和分公司，并建立了全球销售网络。

会上，副总经理葛守文对公司发展现状、业务领域及在东南亚、南亚地区的发展规划作了简要介绍。双方就目标市场形势、经营开发路径、融资模式方法进行了深度有效的交流。

大家一致认为，双方在光伏产业创新发展方面发展方向契合、合作空间巨大，未来可在投资、EPC、EPC+F领域进一步谋求合作机遇、挖掘合作潜力，共同助力国家绿色发展。

At the meeting, Vice General Manager Ge Shouwen gave a brief introduction to the company's development status, business areas and development plans in Southeast Asia and South Asia. Both sides had in-depth and effective communication on target market situation, operation and development path, financing mode and methods.

It was agreed that the two sides share the same development direction in photovoltaic industry innovation and development, and there is huge space for cooperation. In the future, the two sides can further seek cooperation opportunities and tap cooperation potential in investment, EPC and EPC+F fields, and jointly contribute to national green development.
