浙江伟明环保再中印尼Danantara垃圾发电项目
2026 年 3 月 12 日，浙江伟明环保股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）收到印度尼西亚主权投资基金 PT Danantara Investment Management（以下简称“DIM”）发来的中标通知书，确认公司作为牵头人组成的联合体WeimingNusantara Energy League Consortium 为 Development and ManagementofEnvironmentally Friendly Technology-Based Waste Processing intoElectricity (BUPP PSEL) in Greater Bogor（以下简称“本项目”或“茂物项目”）的中标单位，现将中标情况公告如下：
一、中标项目的主要情况
1、项目名称：Development and Management of Environmentally FriendlyTechnology-Based Waste Processing into Electricity (BUPP PSEL) in GreaterBogor
2、项目规模：该项目规划建设约 1,500 吨/日炉排炉垃圾焚烧处理及发电设施。
3、合作期限：建设期约 2 年，运营合作期限自项目商业运营后30 年
